Anyone else just feel… bad… after this debate? Not talking about an outcome, which I can’t even make sense of. I just feel down about how much Americans seemingly hate each other based on politics.

I like the Paul Valery quote. I couldn’t stomach more than the first 30 minutes of the debate, so I decided the dog needed a walk.

I didn’t watch it, but I took what I thought was a representative sample of opinions around the web the next morning and concluded I’d made a wise choice.
